System Features Included

Note that all system features are included in the cost shown above, except the feature to assign time to projects/clients. There is an additional cost per user per month of £0.40 (or local currency equivalent) for each user that needs to assign time to projects. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by bank transfer, card payment or monthly standing order depending on your preference.  You can pay monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annually.  Our preference is 3 monthly billing, although the billing period is up to you.

You only pay for the number of active users in the system at the time of billing (disabled users are not charged).  We normally send an invoice at the start of the billing period and expect that invoice to be paid within 30 days. 

Minimum Contract Period

Our minimum contract period is one month.  Should you wish to discontinue using the system you can just email us and discontinue with 30 days notice.
